1) What is MissionInland.com's return policy?

MissionInland.com offers a 15-day money back guarantee on all standard (non-custom) products so long as they are unworn and unwashed. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@missioninland.com, and we will send you an RMA (return material authorization) number and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not refundable.

2) How soon will products I order be shipped to me?
Our goal is to ship everyone's order within three business days after receiving the order. Sometimes we are able to ship quicker than that. And periodically (if we run out of a particular shirt size) it may take us a week or more to ship. We always send you an email within two business days, and tell you when we expect your order to ship. Our goal is always 100% customer satisfaction - so you can certainly be sure that we are doing our absolute best for you at all times. [If you are ordering custom shirts with your corporate logo, your delivery time may vary - and we will inform you of your expected delivery date at the time you place your order.]

3) What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept retail payments through Google Checkout™. If you do not yet have a Google Checkout™ account, then please take the time to sign up by visiting http://checkout.google.com. Google Checkout™ is fast, safe, and 100% reliable. Google Checkout™ allows you to quickly and easily buy from stores across the web, and track all of your orders in one place. Google Checkout™'s fraud protection policy covers you against unauthorized purchases made through Google Checkout™ plus Google Checkout™ does not share your purchase history nor your full credit card information with the online stores you are ordering from. Also - Google Checkout™ gives you the option of sharing or not sharing your email address with the online store - which can help you control unwanted emails. Google Checkout™ is great for everyone - consumers and merchants alike ... which is why we at MissionInland.com choose to work with it exclusively. 4) Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship our products within the United States of America.

5) What shipping methods are available, and how much do they cost?
We currently offer shipping through the US Postal Service (USPS) and through United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping charges vary by weight, and by the destination location. To calculate the cost of your shipment, enter your address during the checkout process - and you can see exactly what it will cost before you place your final order.

6) Why is the shipping charge always up to $1 more than the actual price charged by USPS or UPS for shipping?
We automatically add in a very small "handling fee" which covers the cost of the shipping supplies we use to ship you the product.

7) What size shirt should I order?
We suggest that you look in your closet, and order the same size shirt that the rest of your t-shirts are. Our shirts are 100% pre-shrunk cotton - but all cotton continues to shrink a little over time.

8) Do you offer women's t-shirts? What about men's t-shirts that are different sizes than what I see on your website?
If you would like to see us offer a different size or style versus what we currently offer, please email us at info@missioninland.com and let us know. The more requests we get for something, the faster we will offer it ... and we can most definitely put you on a waiting list.

9) What name will appear on my credit card bill when I order?
You will see "GOOGLE*MissionInland" as the name of the merchant.

10) Who is MissionInland.com?  Are you guys a non-profit, or a charity?
MissionInland.com is a for-profit organization that is dedicated to getting people thinking about conservation of this planet's natural resources.  See our About page for a more complete explanation of our mission. The "inland" part of our name refers to the "Inland Empire" - which is the geographic part of Southern California that we are located in.  We LOVE living in the Inland Empire.

11) I'd like to have my company's logo in place of the MissionInland.com logo - will you sell customized corporate versions of your awesome green theme t-shirts?
We will absolutely work with you on customized corporate versions of our shirts. The minimum order is 50 shirts - see our Custom page for more details. If you are a retailer or other high volume customer, please instead see item 12) below - as what we say here and on our Custom page does not apply to you.

12) I am a retailer or other high volume customer, and would like to help spread the missioninland.com message of conservation, as discussed on the About page.  How can I go about reselling your awesome green theme t-shirts?
